At The Beauty Story, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. Please read the following shipping guidelines before placing your order.

General Delivery Notice

During peak periods (festive seasons, sales, product launches), deliveries may take longer than usual. While delays are expected, we always do our best to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

Singapore Shipping

Standard Delivery (2–3 Business Days)

  • S$3.50 flat rate for orders below S$50

  • FREE shipping for orders S$50 and above

  • Processing time: 1–2 working days before dispatch

  • Tracking details will be sent once the parcel is shipped

Next-Day Delivery

  • S$4.50 Flat Rate for Next-day Delivery

  • Orders must be placed before 12 pm on weekdays

  • Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered on the next working day

  • Not available on weekends or public holidays

Same-Day Delivery

  • S$10 Flat Rate for same-day delivery

  • Orders must be placed before 12 pm on weekdays

  • Applies to ready-stock items only

  • Not available on Sundays & Public Holidays

Order Processing & Split Shipments

If your order contains both ready-stock and pre-order items:

  • We will ship ready-stock items first

  • Pre-order items will be shipped once all items in the same invoice arrive

This applies to Singapore orders only.

Delivery Responsibilities

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct.
The Beauty Story is not responsible for:

  • Parcels lost due to incorrect addresses

  • Unattended parcels resulting in damage or loss

  • Failed delivery attempts by courier due to recipient unavailability

If a parcel is returned to us due to these reasons, a re-delivery fee will apply.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within Singapore only.
International shipping will be introduced in the future.

  • We do not hold orders for delayed dispatch unless requested

  • Delivery timelines may be affected by weather, courier delays, or public holidays

  • For special delivery arrangements, please contact us before placing your order
