1. Returns and Refunds

1.1. *Eligibility*: Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened products within 7 Days of delivery(According to Lemon Law).

1.3. *Non-Returnable Items*: Products such as opened cosmetics (lipbalm,lipstick,eye palette), used skincare, and items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns.
